nth much interesting today, just more boring lessons...
and insane PE for 1 hr today!!!

summary of today's PE....
we did:
100 jumping jacks for warm-up
3 rounds around the track
push-up practice

3 sets of circuits

1st set of circuit contained
30 push-up
30 crunches
20??? (forgot name) =="
1 round around the track

2nd set:
25, 25, 15, 1

3rd set:
20, 20, 10, 1/2 round

later, had to do extra 150 jumping jacks as punishment for improper PE attire T_T

summary of exercies done:
75 push-up
75 crunches
45???
5.5 rounds arounds the track
250 jumping jacks

nice rite? =="
i think all my muscles will be dead by tmr... *sob*

continuation from ytd: the family fight...
... on vitamin and mineral supplements =X

seems like dad got so brainwashed by the company, he's now obsessed with taking them, and possibly harming himself instead. like, taking 10++ pills a day?!
so, the family decided to convince him to stop the 'nonsense'.
and it took hrs of talking, and at the end, he's most probably half-convinced.
lol.
and i din take part in it cos i was busy doing homework.
and i onli take cod liver oil supplement ONLI.
phew.
